The 2300-type fracturing truck is a new product development project for the 2013 new technology development project of the Gem Machinery Chengdu Branch. It began trial production on August 1 last year. The industrial experiment was successful on September 13 this year and lasted more than one year.
2300 type fracturing vehicle operating system and remote operating system, developed by the Chengdu Branch of Gem Machinery, has independent intellectual property rights (currently applying for patent). This system overcomes the deficiencies of errors and delays in traditional analog systems and enables full digital communication and control of the engine and gearbox. Its unique “user management†interface eliminates the risk of accidents caused by misoperation by other personnel. It has features such as user-friendly interface, easy operation, accurate measurement, responsiveness, and stable performance.
From September 1 to 13, the Weihao Well, a key shale gas exploration and development well of the group, was used for sand fracturing and acidizing. As the most powerful fracturing truck among the 18 fracturing vehicles involved in this sand fracturing, the 2300 fracturing vehicle developed by the Chengdu Branch of Gem Machinery survived the severe test of continuous high pressure, high load, and large displacement. The pump injection operation time was 61.46 hours, and the pump injection volume was 2,646.71 cubic meters. The excellent performance of the system and the zero accident shutdown under long-term high-load operation conditions were praised by the staff of the company such as Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd.

On September 13, the 2300-type fracturing vehicle with independent intellectual property rights developed by Chengdu Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing Company of Gem Machinery Co., Ltd., was put into the largest scale in Wei205 Well, a key shale gas exploration and development well of the Group Company. In the field of sand fracturing and acidification, after 13 days of on-site industrial tests, success was achieved.
