The YFB-D1400 valve test bench developed by Shanghai Zengxin is currently one of the largest valve test benches in the world. It has a self-weight of 63 tons and a maximum top pressure of 2600 tons. The test bench adopts the principle that the convex blind plate embedded O-ring and the inner hole of the valve self-compensate for internal expansion, and only the blind plates at both ends need to be stabilized during testing. Compared to the tight structure of the cylinder, the axial force generated by the device on the test valve itself is much smaller, thereby avoiding the possibility of deformation of the valve due to the influence of external forces, and greatly improving the accuracy and accuracy of the valve inspection test. The device can test very large valves up to 2710 mm, up to 1930 mm, and up to 2335 mm outside diameter.
