Between enterprises, the park starts with project planning and uses products, by-products, or waste as potential raw materials or by-products. The chemical park is mainly composed of crude oil processing and fuel alcohol production. Combined with related devices on the industrial chain, it has now constituted industrial communities such as carbon dioxide recycling, chlor-alkali, aromatic hydrocarbons, and fly ash building materials, and has achieved efficient material exchange among enterprises in the park. .

Inside the company, the park promotes cleaner production, adopts advanced and efficient production technologies, and increases the value of resource utilization. The COD emission concentration of phenol and acetone wastewater is reduced from the original 12,000 mg/L to the current 2000 mg/L or less; The polyethylene plant naphtha unloading vacuum pump tail gas adopts the oil-gas condensate recovery method. The naphtha can recover 48 cubic meters of naphtha every year, which not only controls the pollution sources of waste water and exhaust gas, but also effectively recovers the resources.

In terms of project construction, Jilin Chemical Industry Park insisted on the implementation of environmental protection pre-trial system for construction projects and the “three simultaneous” system, and implemented a one-veto veto on construction projects that did not meet environmental protection requirements. Last year, Jilin Jiaxin Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. had all conducted construction project environmental impact assessments before the construction of the pyrazolone project and passed environmental protection approval.

“We have increased the investment in environmental protection facilities, followed the principle of clean discharge, sewage diversion, and rain and sewage diversion. We have laid down production wastewater and polluted rainwater discharge pipe networks, domestic sewage discharge pipe networks, clean water and clean rainwater drainage pipe networks. Investment RMB 18 million has been used to build the eight-sewage sewage pre-treatment system and two sewage lifting pump stations for the checkerboard and the eight-yards to solve the problem of direct discharge of sewage into the river,” said Tan Hongbo.

At this point, the daily life of domestic sewage in the Chemical Park will increase by 28,000 cubic meters per day, and the industrial sewage will increase by 36,000 cubic meters per day. With a total investment of 108 million yuan and a daily processing capacity of 200 tons, the Jilin City Longtan Waste Treatment Plant project has been put into use, which has played a role in promoting the utilization of waste and reducing pollution.

At the same time, the park implemented structural emission reductions, phased out a number of outdated production facilities, and successively installed 98 units on the blacklist. This alone reduced the main pollutant COD 5084 tons and sulfur dioxide 8016 tons.
