Continuous mode maintenance must be careful, patient, and step-by-step, and should never be blindly engaged. Fixtures must be accompanied with tapes for repairing problems. Open the mold, check the tape, check the condition of the mold, confirm the cause of the failure, find the problem, and clean the mold before removing the mold. When the mold is removed, the force should be uniform. For the mold structure of the discharge spring between the fixing plate and the stripper plate and the discharging spring is directly topped on the inner guide column, the stripper plate must be disassembled to ensure that the stripper plate is balanced to eject. Tilting of the stripper plate may cause cracking of the punch in the mold.

1, the maintenance of male and female mold

When the male and female molds are disassembled, they should pay attention to the original conditions of the molds so that they can be easily restored during the subsequent mold installation. There must be pads or displacements to make the thickness of the gaskets on the parts and make records. Replace the punch to try to insert the discharge block, whether the die is smooth, and try to insert and die gap is uniform, replace the die should also try to insert and the punch gap is uniform. Shortening of the punch after trimming the punch needs to increase the required length of the shim. Check whether the effective length of the punch is sufficient. Replace the broken punch to find out the reason, and check whether the corresponding die has a chipping, whether it needs grinding edges. When assembling the punch, check whether there is enough clearance between the punch and the fixing block or the fixing plate. Check if there is an active margin in the block. The assembly die should be placed horizontally, and then a flat iron piece should be placed on the surface of the die to tap it into place with a copper rod, and must not be tilted and strongly knocked in. The bottom of the die should be chamfered. After installation, check whether the die surface is even with the die surface. After the punch die and the core are assembled, they must be checked against the tape. Check whether the wrong position or wrong position is installed on each part. Check if the die and the die pad are reversed and if the blanking hole is blocked. To steal the material, whether it is enough to steal the material, the mold needs to be locked tightly. Pay attention to the tightening of the screws of the stripper plate. When tightening, confirm that the screws should be locked from the inside to the outside. Balance the force and cross-lock. Do not lock one of the screws and then close the other to prevent the tilt of the stripper plate from causing the punch to break or Die precision is reduced.

2. Maintenance of stripper plate

The disassembly of the unloading plate can be balanced with two screwdrivers, and then the force can be removed by balancing with both hands. When it is difficult to disassemble, check whether the inside of the mold is clean, whether all the locking screws are disassembled, whether the mold that is shadowed by the material should be damaged, and then find out the reason and do the corresponding treatment. Do not blindly dispose of the mold. When assembling and disassembling the material board, clean the punch and the ejector plate first, add the lubricant to the guide post and the position of the punch, place it in a stable manner, press it into place with both hands, and repeat it several times. If it is too tight, the cause should be ascertained (whether the guide pillar and guide bush guide are normal, whether there is any damage on each part, whether the new replacement punch can pass through the position of the stripper board correctly,) and find out the reason and do corresponding treatment. The fixed plate has pressed pieces to check if the material on the unloading back plate is sufficient. The material contact surface between the stripper plate and the die is stamped for a long time to produce an indentation (The gap between the stripper plate and the die is generally 0.03-0.05 mm thick. When the indentation is severe, it will affect the compression of the material. Accuracy, resulting in abnormal product size, instability, etc., need to repair or re-grind unloading inserts and stripper plates. Contour sleeves should be checked for accuracy, it will lead to stripper plate tilt, its precision Guided, smooth resilience will be destroyed and must be maintained.

3, guide site inspection

Whether the guide posts and the guide bushes are fitted with clearances, whether there are burns or wear marks, and whether the mold-guided oil supply state is normal should be checked. Deterioration of the wear and accuracy of the guides reduces the precision of the mold and causes problems in various parts of the mold. Therefore, proper maintenance and regular replacement must be performed. Check the accuracy of the guides. If the guide pins are worn out, the accuracy and function of the guides must be lost and must be replaced. Check the condition of the spring (discharging spring and top material spring, etc.) to see if it breaks, or if it is not fractured after long-term use, but it has lost its original strength due to fatigue, it must be regularly maintained and replaced, otherwise it will cause damage to the mold Or production is not smooth.

4, mold gap adjustment

The core positioning holes are worn out due to frequent and multiple combinations of the cores, resulting in large gaps after assembly (loose after assembly) or uneven gaps (positional deviations), all resulting in poor shape of the cross-section after punching. The punch is easy to break, resulting in burrs, etc. It is possible to make proper clearance adjustments by checking the condition of the punched section. When the gap is small, the section is small. When the gap is large, the section is large and the rough edges are large. A reasonable gap is obtained by means of shifting. After the adjustment is made, appropriate records should be made, and marks can also be made on the side of the die so that Follow-up maintenance work. Daily production should pay attention to the collection and preservation of the original material when the mold is in good condition, such as the follow-up production is not smooth or when the mold has a variation, can be used as a reference for mold maintenance. In addition, whether the auxiliary system such as the top material pin is worn, whether it can be top-loaded, and whether the guide pin and the bushing are worn, should be checked and maintained.
