The requirements for copper tube processing are very strict. If you do not follow the normal requirements, the use of finished products will be seriously affected. Therefore, when processing copper pipes, we should pay attention to the following requirements:

1. The inside and outside surfaces of the copper tube should be smooth and clean. There should be no defects such as delamination, pinholes, bubbles, cracks, peeling, scratches, inclusions, and green rust.

2. The surface of the copper tube is allowed to have slight, partial defects such as fine lines, pits, indentations, and spots that do not allow the outer diameter and wall thickness of the tube to exceed the allowable deviation. Minor straightening and turning marks, darkening, loop marks, oxidation color, water marks, oil traces, etc. may not be used as a basis for scrapping.

3 , if there are special requirements for the surface quality of the pipe, such as: pickling, degreasing, etc., can be determined by both parties of supply and demand, and specified in the contract.

4. In the following process, the polished copper tube should be tested by test. When the test is cast, the unilateral depth of sand and light should be 0.02mm to 0.04mm . The product after cleaning should meet the following requirements.

5 , blisters, pinhole impurities, large not more than 0.2mm , the product of the 200mm length allowed not more than four .

6 , bumps, large 0.3mm × 0.8mm : the product of 200mm length allowed not more than two .

7 , do not allow scratches, cracks, peeling and other defects.

8. Within the range of any 200mm length, the total number of blisters, pinholes, and bumps should not exceed 6 points .

A betaine in chemistry is any neutral chemical compound with a positively charged cationic functional group such as a quaternary ammonium or phosphonium cation (generally: onium ions) which bears no hydrogen atom and with a negatively charged functional group such as a carboxylate group which may not be adjacent to the cationic site. A betaine thus may be a specific type of zwitterion. Historically the term was reserved for trimethylglycine only. It is used as a medicine as well.In biological systems, many naturally occurring betaines serve as organic osmolytes, substances synthesized or taken up from the environment by cells for protection against osmotic stress, drought, high salinity or high temperature. Intracellular accumulation of betaines, non-perturbing to enzyme function, protein structure and membrane integrity, permits water retention in cells, thus protecting from the effects of dehydration. It is also a methyl donor of increasingly recognised significance in biology.
