Its medium is N220--N320 extreme pressure industry gear film being lubrication oil and other oil.Operation principle of static dynamic pressure lubrication is hifh pressure system will work to from static film at machine start,low speed running and stop,when the machine operates at the speed that dynamic film may be formed low.Pressure pump will supply lubracation oil instead of high pressure pump to keep liquid frication.
The equioment is a unit and consists of oil box,pressure pumps,high pressure pump,duplex tank mesh filter,oil return magnetic fitter,pipe oil refrigerator ,valve,pipes,contorl cabinet. At normal operation,one low pressure pump will work and the other will spare.The equipment has the faction of filering,heating,freeing and safty.the equipment is automatic control ,PLC control and relay control are optional. DCS interfaces is available for PLC control.
