With the improvement of China's informatization, intelligence, and technology, smart metering technology has become more and more widely used in water meters, electricity meters, gas meters, and heat meters. At present, China is conducting vigorous research and construction of smart meters, smart water meters, smart gas meters, and smart heat meters. With the continuous acceleration of the grid reform process, smart meters have been widely promoted in China, and the remaining three tables have also been applied to varying degrees.
The research project aims to promote the integration of Internet innovation and energy measurement, relying on smart meters and electricity information collection systems in the country's larger coverage, and in-depth research and application of "four-in one" acquisition and construction technology.
At the meeting, members of the project leader National Measurement Expert Consultation Committee and Academician Guo Jianbo introduced the research background, content, purpose and significance of the project. Experts have conducted in-depth discussions on the integration of water, heat, electricity, and gas energy metering technologies and the construction of new energy metering systems.
A total of 16 experts from the China Electric Power Research Institute, the Metrology Division of the State General Administration of Quality Supervision, the State Grid Corporation of China, and the water, electricity, gas and heat industries attended the meeting.
