The key technology research projects for the construction and measurement of rail transit measurement standards passed the acceptance test.

The project achieved two results. First, completed the scientific and technological report on the construction direction of Xuzhou Rail Transit Measurement Standards, laying a solid foundation for the establishment of a complete rail transit measurement and testing standard system, which is conducive to achieving unit unification, accurate value, and guaranteeing the track. Traffic quality and safety; Secondly, aiming at the current large-scale construction and operation needs of rail transit in Xuzhou City, pointing out the scientific and rational development of rail transit measurement standards and the key technology research and development directions, and completing the research report based on bibliometrics, which helps Improve construction and operation efficiency, and reduce project investment and operating expenses.
Since the National Development and Reform Commission approved the Xuzhou Urban Rail Transit Construction Plan (2013-2020), the construction of Xuzhou Rail Transit Project has been advancing at a high speed. Metrology technology is very important in rail transit management applications. However, the rail transit industry currently lacks measurement standards and verification standards for specific regions. The railway industry standards have been widely used. Rail transit needs to establish a complete measurement and verification standard system. At the same time, the construction of large-scale rail transit has brought a huge number of equipment to be inspected, and the research on related detection technologies is extremely urgent.
On January 11, 2018, the Xuzhou Comprehensive Testing and Testing Center Science and Technology Project "Study on the Construction and Measurement of Key Technologies for Xuzhou Rail Transit Measurement Standards" was approved by Xuzhou Science and Technology Bureau. According to the current situation of Xuzhou urban rail transit construction, the project comprehensively considers the requirements of various departments for the use of equipment, defines the relevant concepts and measuring instruments for rail transit measurement, builds the Xuzhou rail transit measurement standard, and determines the key technology development of rail transit measurement. The direction provides support for the formulation of relevant management policies and scientific and technological decisions for the measurement standards of rail transit in Xuzhou.
The project research of this project will effectively solve the problem of missing metrological traffic measurement standards in Xuzhou, achieve unit unification, accurate and reliable value, and ensure the quality and safety of rail transit. At the same time, reasonable measurement standards can simplify the design process, construction procedures, improve construction and operation efficiency, reduce project investment and operating expenses, and provide strong support for large-scale and high-efficiency construction of Xuzhou rail transit.
The Xuzhou Rail Transit Measurement and Testing Engineering Technology Research Center declared by the Xuzhou Metrology Center in 2016 was approved by Xuzhou Science and Technology Bureau and approved for listing. Xuzhou Rail Transit Measurement and Testing Engineering Technology Research Center relies on Xuzhou Quality and Technology Supervision Comprehensive Inspection and Testing Center, and is jointly established with the Transportation Department of China University of Mining and Technology, School of Mining and Engineering, integrating technical talents, equipment, experimental sites and other resources to carry out rail transit. And underground engineering related measurement standards and testing technology research, the project results will provide technical support and theoretical reference for large-scale, high-efficiency construction of Xuzhou rail transit, serving the construction and operation of rail transit in Xuzhou and surrounding areas.
