At the meeting, the expert group listened to the report on the overall implementation of the project, reviewed the mid-term inspection materials, conducted questions and discussions, and finally gave a high degree of recognition and evaluation to the completion of the project, and passed the evaluation of the “excessive completion†rating.
The subject 2 undertaken by Shenyang Automation is mainly responsible for the development and improvement of the slurry LIBS analyzer and the liquid metal online LIBS analyzer. Since the project was officially approved in 2016, the research team has carried out research on key technologies such as slurry plasma excitation and spectral collection, slurry steady flow and confinement, and plasma morphology image correction for LIBS spectra, breaking through the high temperature of the production process. Environmentally adaptable and reliable problems such as dust, corrosion, sputtering, vibration, etc., developed a stable and reliable prototype, and the performance indicators and reliability indicators were tested by third parties.
The slurry LIBS analyzer and liquid metal online LIBS analyzer have been initially demonstrated in Yunnan Phosphate Group Co., Ltd. and Liaoning Zhongwang Group Co., Ltd., and the applicability and reliability of the instrument will be fully verified.
