Diesel Water Separation Filters PreLine 420/2 and PreLine 421 are the key products developed by MANN+HUMMEL based on its PreLine pre-filtration system for Weichai. The PreLine 420/2 has a very high oil-water separation capability and the water level sensor provides an alarm function. Compared to traditional PreLine filters with clear plastic cups, the PreLine 421 is an all-metal enclosure that is less prone to leakage and is also well suited for use in cold and high temperature areas. The filter material achieves double optimization of service life and filtration efficiency. Even with a large amount of water added, it can still maintain a water separation efficiency of more than 93% and has extremely high reliability.
