The expert group unanimously believed that the project completed the contents of the contract study, achieved the intended purpose and agreed to pass the acceptance. The natural gas well fracturing and blowout test has been using the traditional discharge tank to observe the liquid level to determine the amount of discharge liquid, calculate the liquid backwash rate, and estimate the gas amount by observing the size of the gas flare. The method is backward in technology, has a large measurement error, and easily affects the environment. In 2008, Changqing Downhole Technical Operation Company conducted a large number of technical investigations and decided to entrust the company with the development of measurement equipment that solves the technical difficulties mentioned above.

Based on its unique multi-phase flow measurement technology, Hymer Technology seriously considers the working conditions of the blow-off test, the process conditions of the gas well blowout process are very bad, and the medium work state has high pressure, high flow velocity, large erosion force, and temperature change. Large features; fluid composition is complex, in addition to natural gas, water, there are solid impurities such as chemical additives, acid and alkaline substances, inorganic salts, mud, etc.; fluids are sometimes accompanied by harmful and corrosive acids such as hydrogen sulfide. substance. The phase transition of fluids is complicated: During the testing process, the fluid production state is dominated by the liquid phase in the early stage, accompanied by carbon dioxide and nitrogen bubbles; the gas-liquid slug flow dominates in the middle stage; the gas phase dominates in the later stage, accompanied by fog fluid. phase. These factors have brought great difficulties to the development of new measurement equipment. In early 2009, the company designed and manufactured a prototype of a gas-liquid two-phase flowmeter used for blow-off tests. In the past two years or so, the prototype has been the largest gas field in China. ? Changqing Sulige Gas Field has conducted four field tests successively. Through continuous improvement and testing, the research and application of downhole gas-liquid two-phase flowmeters have been successful.

A total of six wells were tested at the site of this test and acceptance test. The test results show that the current design of gas-liquid two-phase flowmeters can basically meet the process conditions of blowout test and production measurement; gas-liquid two-phase flowmeters can largely The accuracy of the gas-liquid measurement in the liquid discharge stage of Changqing Gas Field has been improved to achieve the intended purpose.

The structure of the flowmeter is simple and compact, small in size, light in weight, and easy to install in the field of discharge test; the flowmeter can fully meet the entire measurement process from gas injection to production during the gas well trial production operation; results of laboratory test and field test show that The flowmeter has good measurement performance and high reliability; it meets the technical requirements of the design.
