On May 12th this year, Zeyi Industrial Group signed a cooperation agreement with Hangzhou Linda on the technology of large methanol synthesis. Zeze Group finally selected Hangzhou Linda's large-scale horizontal water-cooled methanol synthesis reactor with independent intellectual property rights, Linda's high temperature and energy efficient methanol synthesis technology, and the annual production of 1 million tons of coal-made raw material gas and methanol synthesis technology package to build Inner Mongolia Chifeng 1 million tons/year coal chemical project. This marks that the domestically produced large-scale methanol synthesis tower has gone through a decade of grinding and has already had the confidence and strength to equip the Chinese chemical industry. Based on the requirements of “equal temperature, high efficiency, energy saving, reliability, low investment, and large size”, Linda will aim at a one million-ton large-scale methanol single-synthesis tower, which will increase the synthesis pressure and reduce the cycle ratio. Increase the synthesis rate to reduce the diameter of the synthesis plant equipment and pipelines, reduce investment and energy consumption, and concentrate on breakthrough heat transfer problems under high synthesis rates and strong reaction heat.

Linda developed a number of large-scale methanol synthesis technologies such as air-cooled, axial water-cooled, radial water-cooled, and air-cooled, water-cooled combinations. The air-cooled homogeneous temperature reactor has been used in many industrial applications and has become a mature tower type. The GC-type shaft radial methanol synthesis tower has a novel technical structure and reasonable design. It fills the gap of the shaft radial low-pressure methanol synthesis tower in China, and its technical indicators have reached the international advanced level. In May 2005, the 150,000-ton/year methanol synthesis tower project developed by Nanjing Guochang Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully put into operation in the second phase of Shandong Jiutai Energy Technology Co., Ltd., marking the largest shaft diameter in China's independent research and development capacity. The methanol synthesis technology was successfully put into operation. At present, Nanjing Guochang has been able to independently undertake the process design and equipment production of methanol synthesis below 600,000 tons/year. The GC-type methanol synthesis towers produced can have a diameter ranging from 800mm to 3600mm.

Among the various silicone oils, methyl silicone oil is the most widely used and is the most important variety of silicone oil, followed by methylphenyl silicone oil. A variety of functional silicone fluids and modified silicone fluids are mainly used for special purposes.
