1. Before starting the grinding machine, check whether the connecting bolts are tightened, the gears, the keys of the coupling and the fastening of the ore feeder.
Second, check whether the oil in the fuel tank and reducer is sufficient, and whether the oil passage of the oil pipe is unblocked.
3. Check the debris around the grinding machine and the classifier for obstruction. Then use the crane to turn the ball mill for one week, loosen the ball load and ore in the cylinder, and check the gear meshing condition for abnormal noise.
Fourth, the order of starting is: first start the grinding machine, then start the classifier, after all the normal operation, start the mine.
Fifth, during the operation process:
(1) The grinding machine is not allowed to work under the condition of overload (loading amount) and material supply shortage, and the grinding medium (ball) is added from the feeder inlet regularly and quantitatively during use.
(2) The main bearing should be greased once per shift, and always pay attention to whether the temperature rise is normal, the motor voltage, current, temperature and sound.
(3) Regularly check the degree of tightening of the lining screws to prevent accidents caused by looseness, displacement or falling off of the lining.
(4) Check the lubrication of transmission parts such as large and small gears, main bearings and classifier reducers.
(5) Observe whether the back cover, the cylinder body, the discharge tank, and the classifier overflow tank are blocked or sand leakage.
(6) Always pay attention to the changes in the nature of the ore and take appropriate measures in a timely manner according to the situation.
 
(7) There shall be no hardened material in the ore feeding tank of the combined feeder to prevent damage to other parts during start-up.
6. When stopping the grinding machine
It is necessary to stop the mining machine first, and after the ore in the cylinder is processed, stop the grinding machine motor, raise the spiral surface with the lifting device of the classifier, and finally stop the classifier.
Seven, overhaul
In order to ensure safe operation and prolong service life, it is necessary to plan maintenance:
(1) Minor repair: once a month, including temporary accident handling, mainly small change and minor adjustment, the focus is on replacing consumable parts such as lining plates, scoop heads, adjusting bearing and gear meshing conditions, and repairing leaks.
(2) Medium repair: once a year, make large cleaning and adjustment of various parts of the equipment, and replace a large number of vulnerable parts.
(3) Overhaul: In addition to completing the tasks of small and medium-sized repairs, it is important to replace and repair all major parts, such as hollow shafts and large gears.
