"Study on Traceability Method of Photovoltaic Silicon Resistivity Tester" passed acceptance

In April 2017, the National Photovoltaic Industry Measurement and Testing Center passed the acceptance of the original AQSIQ, which is a third-party national photovoltaic industry measurement testing agency. According to the measurement requirements of the photovoltaic industry, the center gradually improves the measurement and testing capabilities of the entire photovoltaic industry chain from silicon materials, silicon wafers, solar cells, and solar photovoltaic modules to power generation systems, covering solar energy, optics, length, thermal engineering, and chemistry. , mechanics, electricity and other disciplines.
At present, the center has carried out measurement and testing services for key parameters in the key areas of photovoltaics across the country to help photovoltaic companies solve equipment calibration problems and provide technical services for photovoltaic product quality and industrial upgrading.
The center closely integrates the needs of mass transmission and testing problems in the field of quality control in the photovoltaic industry, and formulates the first local standards for solar simulator technical requirements, which are in line with international standards; leading two international industry standards, multiple photovoltaic national standards, and The preparation of the standard focused on the development of solar simulator calibration equipment, solar cell module measurement equipment, wide spectrometers, WPVS solar cells, and calibration equipment for photovoltaic industry related parameter measurement equipment. Solved the photovoltaic industry's much-needed test requirements, established technical service capabilities such as solar simulator calibration, IV tester calibration, and cell/component calibration, and has advanced measurement and testing capabilities in the field of photovoltaic cell mass transfer and component inspection. Improve the quality of solar cell products, provide accurate technical support for solar cell product quality evaluation and trade settlement.
Photovoltaic silicon resistivity tester is a measuring instrument for measuring the resistivity of silicon wafers, silicon single crystals, and germanium single crystals. It consists of an electrical measurement section, a test stand, a four-probe head, and professional measurement software.
The project constructed a resistivity measurement platform, developed a calibration module for the resistivity tester, established an accurate and reliable method for traceability of the wafer resistivity tester for photovoltaics, and improved the traceability system for resistivity of silicon wafers. Solar cell and photovoltaic wafer production companies provide important technical support for the measurement of silicon wafer raw materials in the photovoltaic industry.
