Since the implementation of the "Auto Industry Adjustment and Rejuvenation Plan", China's auto industry has developed rapidly. Production and sales volume has ranked first in the world for many years in a row, and the level of technology has improved significantly. It has strongly promoted the adjustment of industrial structure, transformation and upgrading, and promoted the steady and rapid development of the national economy. In order to further implement the “Automobile Industry Development Policy” and “Auto Industry Adjustment and Revitalization Plan”, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the auto industry and improve the core competitiveness of auto companies, after research, it has been decided to establish a backward enterprise withdrawal mechanism in the auto industry. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. The serial number of the enterprise shall be managed in the "Vehicle Production Enterprise and Product Announcement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Announcement") in accordance with the hierarchical management method. Enterprises listed in the "Announcement" are assigned serial numbers in the company (group). Independent legal person subsidiaries of the company (group) that are solely funded or controlled should be listed in the serial number of the company (group) according to the relationship of the assets. .

2. Starting from 2016, the category of other passenger cars and pickup trucks will be cancelled in the management of the “Notice”. Existing passenger cars and pickup truck manufacturers of the existing conversion category shall meet the access conditions of the same new-build vehicle manufacturers as soon as possible, and upgrade them to complete vehicle companies (see Appendix for access requirements). The above-mentioned two types of conversion enterprises that have not been upgraded on time should be converted to passenger cars, special vehicles and other products.

Third, establish an enterprise dynamic management mechanism

(1) For automobiles and motorcycle manufacturers that have gone bankrupt or entered bankruptcy liquidation procedures, cancel their "Announcements".

(2) Enterprises that fail to comply with the approval documents issued by the relevant government departments or that cannot meet the requirements of relevant government departments such as approval documents and production access management regulations shall be rectified within a time limit. During the period of rectification, enterprises must not invest in expansion, and must not declare new products. If the requirements cannot be met after the rectification, the "Announcement" of its products shall be suspended until it is qualified for rectification and inspection.

(III) In the management of the “Announcement”, special automating management (except for newly-built enterprises) for a period of 2 years is required for automobile and motorcycle manufacturing enterprises that cannot maintain normal production and operation, and their rectification shall be required to meet the access conditions as soon as possible. During special announcements, new product declarations by the companies concerned will not be accepted. If a company that has been specifically publicized has passed the assessment and meets the conditions for admission, it will cancel the special public notice and resume the acceptance of its new product declaration. After the special public announcement period expires, any enterprise that has not applied for the assessment of access conditions or fails to pass the assessment shall suspend its “Announcement” and may not go through the formalities for changing the basic conditions such as rename or relocation. Among them, companies that cannot maintain normal production and operation refer to zero or very few sales for two consecutive years (less than 1,000 passenger cars, fewer than 50 large and medium-sized passenger cars, less than 100 light passenger cars, and medium-duty trucks Less than 50 vehicles, less than 500 light trucks, less than 100 special vehicles for transport, and less than 1,000 motorcycles.

Fourth, this notice will be implemented as of the date of issue.

Construction Hoist Steel Structure

Construction Hoist Steel Structure means the construction hoist spare parts like Construction Hoist Mast Section, Passenger Hoist Cage, Construction Hoist Wall Tie and so on.

The length of each mast section is 1508mm, the rack is fixed on the mast by three bolts and it can be exchanged. For the single cage hoist there is only one rack on the mast section, and the mast section can be used for the double cages hoist by increasing one rack. The section of the mast is diverse, select one type section according to different hoist. The mast sections are bolted together with M24 bolts and nuts to form mast. The mast is tied to the building with tie-in and is the guide rail of the cage. According to the user`s or circumstance`s request, surface of mast is hot dip galvanized, which can prevent it rusting.

The tie-in(wall tie) is the linked part between mast and building, to keep the stabilization of the mast. Distance between the tie-in is about 6~9m alone the mast. There are several types of tie-in. Select one of them according to need, tie-in can adjust the vertical of mast in definite ranges. According to the user`s or circumstance`s request, surface of the tie-in is hot dip galvanized, which can prevent it rusting.

The cage dimension(L×W×H)(m): 3×1.5×2.5. We can also manufacture cages of other size according to the user`s needs. The material of the cage and the door material can be steel wire weave, aluminum-plastic panel, punched-plate, figured aluminum board or other type according to user`s needs. The gate is equipped with drawing gate,include small turn over gate.
