On the morning of July 20th, the Hubei International Auto Parts Supply Chain Seminar was held in Jingzhou. Reporters from the meeting was informed that at present, Jingzhou auto parts industry has been formed to engine parts, steering system parts such as the five characteristics of the industrial chain in 2015 to complete the formation of the core components, and the whole car has the ability to develop a national auto parts Production base.

It is understood that there are more than 160 auto parts companies in Jingzhou, including 81 enterprises above designated size. The products mainly involve more than 300 parts and components of 17 systems including engines, steering gears , walking systems, electrical instruments and automobile lamps, accounting for the city's industry. The total output value is more than a quarter.

Among them, Hang Lung Group, Philips, Huanyu and other companies are in the forefront of the industry. The National Automotive Steering System (EPS) Experimental Center of Henglong Company has been listed as a standard experimental base by China Automotive Engineering Research Institute. It can simulate various road sections of real vehicles and build on the outside of the ring test track , experimental center and trial production workshop. The construction of the plant has also been basically completed; Philips' automotive bulbs have an annual production capacity of 90 million , with an overall market share of 62%; Huanyu has an annual output of 300,000 crankshafts and 200,000 camshafts, including the special crankshaft for the 60th anniversary of the National Day. Seminar yesterday, Jingzhou City, CCPIT official said that for the current Jingzhou auto parts industry, the need to further adjust the industrial structure, enhance the technological level and improve product quality to meet the matching requirements of the rapid development of automobile companies.
