(II) System Overview The IC card elevator control and charging system is a complete intelligent elevator control system integrating computer technology, network technology, automatic control technology, and IC card sensing technology. Mainly include: floor control type, call control type. At the same time, it has control and charging functions.

This project is selected:

Floor control type (inbound call control): The user swipes the card after entering the car, and then selects the desired floor (the selected floor must be an authorized floor, and unauthorized floors cannot be selected).

Call control type (external call control): When calling a call, first swipe the card, then press the call key, the elevator door opens, otherwise it cannot call the elevator;

The system consists of five parts: management software, card readers, contactless IC cards, card readers, and controllers.

Main features:

All IC cards must be authorized or recharged by the system administrator before they can be used.

You can set the IC card privilege (such as full-layer card or single-layer privilege card, etc.) as you like. Unauthorized, you cannot access other areas and floors outside your privilege.

It is necessary to use the credit card first after boarding, so that no card or unauthorized personnel can not enter and use the elevator, which can effectively save a lot of power consumption;

When the user swipes the call, the call controller in the IC card in the car will only turn on the corresponding floor button according to the authorized floor information in the IC card, and pressing the other floor buttons is invalid. It can effectively prevent children from playing, playing, chasing, slapstick in the elevator, enhance safety, and facilitate management.

If there is a charge request, when the card is swiped, the internal call controller will also deduct the amount in the IC card accordingly;

With the report loss function to prevent the card from being illegally used after being picked up by illegal users;

With the blacklist setting function, the property can cancel or restore its authority to use the elevator without notifying the owner.

The system stores and records the relevant information (including the user's card number, usage time, elevator code used, floor reached, etc.) for each successful swipe card use for statistics, printing, archiving, and query;

B. System Features The IC card level controller and the elevator itself are passively connected. The two are completely isolated and will not affect the original performance of the elevator.

With a fire signal input interface, when the fire switch signal is activated, the IC card elevator system does not work, and the elevator returns to its original state;

A main board can control 16 floors; for each additional floor expansion board, 16 or 32 floors can be added;

The mainboard is equipped with an RS232 or RS485 communication interface. The management computer can perform data acquisition and parameter setting on the system through a network or a data collector, a notebook computer, and a handheld POS. (Handheld POS machine is optional);

With hand-held POS machines, set the parameters as long as the hand-held POS and a parameter card, the site with a hand-held POS machine will modify the parameters in the parameter card, the parameters of the elevator IC card control system card reader module can be read. When collecting data, use the data cable to connect the hand-held POS to the controller to collect. You can use multiple elevators at the same time, and the size of the handheld device is small and beautiful. The operation of the system is very simple. It is only necessary to write the information to the setting card to the card reading module of the elevator, and hear the setting tone indicating that the setting is successful. You can also use a laptop computer to directly connect to the main control board with a data cable to make related settings and modifications.
