Furthermore, the machining accuracy of the gear is: the tooth direction error can cause the tooth direction to be eccentrically loaded, the circumferential section is deviated, the tooth shape error causes the contact in the tooth height direction, and the tooth surface roughness is liable to cause pitting or gluing failure. Finally, in terms of maintenance, regular inspections are not carried out, and abnormal conditions are not dealt with in a timely manner. If the lubricating oil is not replaced regularly, the failure of the gears can be accelerated.
