Danfoss launches textile machinery series inverter products

Danfoss of Denmark is aiming at the huge demand for automated production equipment in China's textile industry and launches a series of frequency conversion products for the textile industry. They hope to achieve a docking with China's textile machinery, and thus gain a certain market share by improving the level of mechanical and electrical integration of China's textile machinery products.

Danfoss was founded in 1933 by the entrepreneur Mr. Metz Clausen and is currently managed by his eldest son, Jengen Klausen. After nearly 70 years of development, it has become a world-leading manufacturer in the fields of precision machinery, electronic components and intelligent electromechanical devices. It has factories in four continents and subsidiaries and agents in more than 100 countries. It is the largest in Denmark. Industrial group with an annual turnover of more than 2 billion euros.

Danfoss began producing inverters in 1968. Although Danfoss inverters entered the textile field in the late 1990s, they have achieved great success and become their fist products. These products are widely used in cotton spinning, chemical fiber, printing and dyeing, knitting and other equipment.

Danfoss, which has entered the Chinese market in 1995, has made extensive achievements in its cooperation with the Chinese textile industry. In the chemical fiber industry, Danfoss products have been successfully used in screw extruders, spinning, drawing, winding, twisting, and bombarding; in the cotton spinning industry, Danfoss products can be used in carding, spinning, compact spinning, In roving and other equipment; in the printing and dyeing industry, it is also widely used in dyeing machines, retreating, boiling, bleaching combined machines, tenter setting machines, mercerizing machines, jigger machines, raising machines, sanding machines and other equipment. In addition, Danfoss products are also successful in weaving preparation machinery such as slashers and warping machines.

Danfoss develops its products with its unique strategic vision. Taking the synchronous positioning card as an example, after the synchronous positioning card is installed on the VLT inverter product, the asynchronous motor can be driven to achieve the performance of the servo device, and the price is significantly lower than the servo device. Danfoss used this configuration to replace the servo device on the stenter, mercerizing machine and sizing machine, which made the cost of the machine drop drastically.
